Users are fully responsible for the confidentiality of their password and all activity that occurs under their account. jayajp is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of an account where the user has failed to keep their login credentials secure.

Users must use the jayajp platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable terms. Any form of cheating, system manipulation, bonus abuse, use of automated software (bots), or any other action that is harmful to the platform or other users is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from uploading, sending, or distributing content that is illegal, infringes copyright, is defamatory, or damages the reputation of jayajp or any third party. Violations of this provision may result in permanent account suspension and appropriate legal action.
All information provided during registration and transactions must be truthful and verifiable. jayajp reserves the right to request additional identification documents at any time as part of the compliance verification process (Know Your Customer/KYC) to protect the security of transactions for all parties.
jayajp accepts a variety of local payment methods commonly used in Indonesia, including bank transfers, digital wallets (e-wallets), and other payment methods available on the platform. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
Example minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts and transaction limits are subject to change at any time in accordance with applicable policy. The deposit verification process typically takes anywhere from a few minutes to several hours, depending on the payment method and verification process applied.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account or payment account information they use matches the data registered with jayajp. jayajp reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user who violates these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information during registration. Decisions regarding account suspension or closure are final unless there is strong evidence justifying a review.
In the event of account closure at the user's own request, any remaining balance will be returned after going through an identity verification process and confirming that no related violations of the terms have occurred. The balance return process typically takes several business days depending on the verification required.
Users whose accounts have been suspended due to suspected violations are not entitled to use the platform during the suspension period. In the event of a serious violation, jayajp reserves the right to report the case to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.
All content available on the jayajp platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, designs, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is the exclusive property of jayajp or parties that have licensed it to us. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use such content for commercial purposes without written permission from jayajp.
Our platform may contain links or references to third-party websites for informational purposes. jayajp is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites. Access to third-party websites is entirely the user's responsibility.
Any use of the jayajp trademark, whether in written or visual form, without written permission from our management constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and may be subject to legal sanctions under applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.
jayajp reserves the right to change, update, or revise these terms and conditions at any time in response to operational needs and regulatory changes. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page, and the date of the update will be clearly indicated. Use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to these terms will be resolved through mutual deliberation, and if no agreement is reached, it will be referred to the competent dispute resolution body.
